My counseling philosophy is focused on the belief that everyone has the ability to achieve optimal mental health. My counseling style is collaborative, warm, and down to earth. I use humor to build connection and ease anxiety. My goal is to create a space where you feel heard, validated, and supported. I value client feedback to be able to make your counseling experience a positive one.

I specialize in eating disorders, body image challenges, emotional eating, reintegration of body + mind, and healing one's relationship with food + body weight/ size.
